Open and accepting atmosphere that promotes learning and honing new skills. Engaging team structure with a focus on mentoring and coaching lower tier roles. Management listens attentively to your concerns and suggestions and works with you to make the necessary changes on your behalf. If there is one discipline of IT that you are more interested in, management will work with you to ensure you are put on the projects and tickets that are relevant to the work experience you desire. A place for endless opportunity so long as you are not afraid to ask! CONS: Not as many benefits as larger corporations, however this is offset with career/growth opportunities.

PROS: I’ve worked at IntegraMSP for over 2 years at this point, and can confidently say it is the most accommodating and organized company I’ve ever worked for. PROS: Working for IntegraMSP was an incredible experience. If you’re looking for an employer than cares about you as a person, rather than looking at you as a simple employee, this is the company for you. They assisted in training me up to a tech with very high confidence, and absolutely propelled my knowledge in the tech, business, and security world. The time I spent with IntegraMSP is a time I wouldn’t trade for anything. CONS: Work/Life balance is hard in any tech job with on call hours, and wanting to do the most for your clients; While it was something to balance, it is nothing at fault of IntegraMSP, but the career path I chose!
